Privacy Policy
Effective May 8, 2026 · Doublefast Technologies LLC
We build software for port drayage carriers. This policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
We favor plain English. If anything here is unclear, write to privacy@doublefast.ai and we will explain.
1. Who this policy covers
- Visitors to doublefast.ai and our marketing subdomains.
- People who submit our contact, demo, or resource-gate forms.
- Employees, contractors, and drivers of carriers that use the Doublefast platform. Operational data is governed by a separate data processing agreement (DPA) with each carrier.
This policy does not cover third-party sites we link to. Their practices are governed by their own policies.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the site and respond to you.
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Name, job title, company | You, via forms |
| Contact | Business email, phone | You, via forms |
| Form inputs | Fleet size, calculator inputs, free-text notes | You, via forms |
| Site usage | Pages viewed, referrer, session duration, device type | PostHog, server logs |
| Visitor intelligence | Company (not individual) visiting our site, inferred from IP | RB2B |
| Cookies & storage | Session, consent preferences, analytics IDs | Your browser |
We do not knowingly collect: biometric data, precise location beyond country/region, data from children under 13, or special categories of personal data (health, religion, political views).
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to inbound requests, demos, and calculator submissions.
- To send transactional email related to your request (via Resend; from address noreply@doublefast.ai).
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and flows are working.
- To prevent abuse, debug issues, and keep the site secure.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.
4. Who we share it with
We share only with service providers under contract who need the data to operate the site:
- Vercel — hosting
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- PostHog — product analytics
- RB2B — B2B visitor company enrichment
- Termly — consent management
- Google Workspace — inbound email
Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
We also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, and — in the event of a corporate transaction (merger, sale) — to the acquiring or surviving entity, subject to this policy.
5. Where we store it, and how long
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by the providers listed above (primarily US-East). We retain form submissions and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction, and analytics data in aggregated form indefinitely. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CPRA, other state laws), you have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — to fix inaccurate data.
- Deletion — to have us delete your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Objection — object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@doublefast.ai from the email we have on file. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CPRA. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CPRA.
7. SMS communications
Doublefast sends operational SMS messages to authenticated dispatchers and drivers, including login verification codes, container status updates, port appointment confirmations and reminders, and dispatch assignments. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
No mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support the SMS program (e.g., our messaging provider Twilio) is permitted; subcontractors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use the data for their own marketing.
How users opt in
End users consent in two ways. (1) A company administrator adds the user to Doublefast during onboarding and attests that the phone number belongs to an authorized employee who has agreed to receive operational SMS as a condition of using the platform. (2) On first login at app.doublefast.ai, the user is presented with a checkbox-gated consent screen reproduced below. SMS messages are not sent until the user checks the box.
Operational SMS
I agree to receive operational SMS from Doublefast, including login codes, appointment updates, and dispatch notifications. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Message types
- Login verification codes (one-time passcodes).
- Container status updates and exception alerts.
- Port appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Dispatch assignments and operational notifications.
Frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on the user's operational role and activity. Standard message and data rates may apply per the user's wireless carrier plan. Doublefast does not charge for SMS.
Opt-in, opt-out, and help
- Opt-in keywords: START
- Opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

After opt-in, the user receives a one-time confirmation: "Doublefast: You're opted in to operational SMS (login codes, appointment & dispatch updates). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
Replying STOP unsubscribes the user immediately and triggers: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
Replying HELP triggers: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & Data Rates May Apply."
