Account Deletion — Doublefast Driver

How to request deletion of your Doublefast Driver account and associated data.
Who this applies to
Doublefast Driver is a B2B app provisioned by your trucking carrier. Driver accounts are created by your carrier's dispatcher; they are not self-service signups.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — Through your carrier (fastest)
Ask your dispatcher to remove your driver record. They have controls within Doublefast to deactivate and delete driver accounts immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send a request to support@doublefast.ai from the email or phone number associated with your account. Include:
- The phone number used to sign in to the Doublefast Driver app
- Your name
- Your carrier's company name
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete account deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
The following data is permanently deleted upon request:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your driver profile
- Push notification tokens
- Photo uploads (POD and TIR images) you personally captured
What may be retained
The following data may be retained for regulatory and contractual reasons:
- Proof-of-delivery records that your carrier is required to keep under U.S. Department of Transportation and freight contract rules (typically 3–7 years)
- Anonymized analytics that no longer identify you
- Records required to comply with legal, tax, or audit obligations
