Doublefast is a drayage operations platform used by carriers, dispatchers, and drivers. Operational SMS messages include account login codes, container appointment confirmations and reminders, dispatch alerts, and assignment notifications. This page is the public point of opt-in for our SMS program.

Pickup reminder

Exception alert

Doublefast: Container MSCU1234567 flagged — terminal returned "no appointment available." Dispatcher notified. Reply STOP to opt out.

How users opt in

Doublefast is a B2B platform used by carriers, dispatchers, and drivers. Operational SMS is optional and is not required to use the Doublefast platform. Every user must independently provide affirmative consent through the opt-in form on this page before any operational SMS is sent to their number. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default; submission is blocked until the user actively checks it. Users may reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately opt out.
